Contestant's Case to Win

In recognizing the various health challenges we face today, a time where we have made so many advancements in medical science, yet we have higher rates of diseases and illnesses that are also causing children to share diseases that were once associated with adults/elderly - wanting to be a part of the solution - Solutions Health & Wellness was born.

Solutions Health & Wellness recognizes that we must put ourselves first by keeping our bodies and our minds healthy and well. We offer our clients the services that will enhance an inner confidence as they work to improve their lives.

In addition, here are some of the ways we serve and recognize others:

1. Host Health & Wellness Forums at churches and community organiztions
2. Partnering with health care professionals to serve as mentors to the youth
3. Training health care professionals in Understanding Cultures essential in delivering quality care to others (recently received a request to train in corporate companies)
4. Caregiver baskets (Volunteers deliver baskets of goodies to the person who takes care of terminally ill loved one.
5. We Care baskets filled with goodies - given to children who are terminally ill or those who have lost their parents to a terminal illness/disease.

Dawn Aldrich is a mother of 5 and is also the founder of Solutions Health & Wellness. She is a strong advocate for the under-served communities focusing on educating and empowering others with the information they need to improve their health.
