I always thought my twin boys were the original packrats. One day, while making my way through the trail of their scattered possessions, I realized they come from a long line of collectors. So, armed with a degree in art, countless years of sewing experience, and inspiration from two kids with bulging pockets, I launched Little Packrats in 1996.

From the get-go, we have applied fashion-forward design to everyday backpacks, lunch boxes and handbags. Using non-traditional materials and delivering an American-made product at an affordable price has set us apart from the competition. Vinyl is perfect for its durability, weather resistance and limitless color range. Vegan customers appreciate that no living creature gives up its life to become lunch luggage.

Our passion for design, color and cool carryalls is what started Little Packrats. And it will always be what moves us forward. I love my business because it gives me a way to help others balance the burden of lugging life's stuff around. It may sound philosophical, but it is practical.
