Launched in 2008, GradtoGreat.com is a unique online career management resource for college students and recent college graduates. The mission of GradtoGreat.com is to help young professionals achieve and sustain career success. Product offerings currently include books and an email newsletter.

Anne Brown, founder of GradtoGreat.com, is a new mother to baby Hannah, who is just over 3 months old. Beth Zefo, co-founder of GradtoGreat.com, is a new mother to baby Josie (2 months old). Anne and Beth, who are also sisters, run their business from their homes in Chicago and Atlanta.
