Kim Blair says I purchased a gift from my sister's registry through Mommas Baby - 7 weeks prior to her shower. I heard nothing regarding my item (although payment was taken out of my account almost immediately) until 3 weeks later when my sister contacted Lori. At that time we were told she didn't have my item in stock and wouldn't be getting it for a long while (coming from Peru). I requested a refund, and nearly 3 weeks later have heard NOTHING from Lori in response to my multiple emails regarding my refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone. As a fellow busy, working mother - I understand we all face challenges with daily life, however, part of being a small business owner is owning the responsibility to your customers to be able to work through these circumstances and provide impeccable customer service. This is not the case with Momma's Baby.

Rebecca Wellington says I registered for gifts using the Momma's Baby website and I never received any gifts from the company. My friends who purchased the gifts so far have not been able to receive refunds. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this company.

Jenn Riedy says I bought cloth diapers from Lori for my 5th baby. I'm so happy with the product and the service! Lori chooses good quality products, and delivers them with a smile. Since I live local to Lori, she actually arranged to meet up with me for delivery when we were both already out doing errands--saving not only postage costs, but also saving on unnecessary fuel usage for shipping. I've been so happy with the diapers. As the mother of 5, I've changed my fair share of diapers already. And dealt with "poopy blow outs" at least once a week, if not more. But with cloth? I haven't had a poopy blow out yet! And washing them really isn't all that much of a hassle--I have 40 diapers, and so need to wash about every 4-5 days. I probably spend less time on washing/folding diapers than I did previously on cleaning up after "poopy blow outs" with disposables.
