I called the number on the website and I actually spoke to Kimberly. This was the most nicest lady and listened to me talk about my daughter and she actually cared about my needs. April Price says I am a new mom and came across this product on the internet. I ordered one and my son loves his Hugga Bebe. We use this product everyday in his life. He loves using the Hugga Bebe while sitting on the couch. I put it on him and place him in the corner of the couch and he gets to look around and watch T.V. This product is wonderful!! We not only use it in all the things recommended but we use it in his high chair as well. It fits him so nice and snug and he's able to sit and enjoy his little world. This is such a neat and useful product. I can see why it received 5 stars. The price is great for all the things it does.
