Frances says Susan is a hard worker, often spending long hours to get a project done. She is extremely detail-oriented and will not submit a final project to the printer until it is absolutely perfect to her standards, as well as the the clients, printers and anyone else involved. She is a perfectionist in every way. She handles herself professionally, and yet is very personalble and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
