If I were in your shoes, I`d start out by Googling keywords: real estate investment - or any others you can think of. Once you get a few good links, you then can start to narrow down by region. Example: if you lived here where I`m at - I`d search "Oregon real estate investment agents"

Lol - I did it and here`s one of the top links it came up with: http://www.ibsteam.net/real-estate-usa/oregon

The key here is keywords (no pun intended) and using the internet to its fullest potential. I offer marketing research to my clients, but mainly use it in the process I go through when creating a logo or branding for someone. I have to research their competition, and the business field that they are in - and I do most of it online.

It is a process that I have down-pat - so don`t be discouraged. I can spend up to 2 hours to shore-up a good amount of useful information.
