Hello! I would recommend thomasnet.com and also buyerzone.com

As far as Invention Home, I have never heard of them, and as many of these types of "invention assistance" programs do tend to be shady, I would recommend doing your homework on them. A little due diligence goes a long way....

Best of luck to you!

beuautifulpetunia....i am currently using Invention Home and have not had a problem yet....i highly recommend doing your homework....and homework i did...checked out BBB, checked out USPTO complaint site, checked out their references, and contacted some big gurus in the inventing world on their opinions.....i had a manufacturer interested in my product in 2 weeks....i am in negotiations now....the only other company i highly reccomend is Edison Nation....what i like about these 2 companies is that they don`t give you their opinions or `review` your product....all they do is help you get your product in front of a manufacturer....and it might take more than a couple of weeks, but you are free to contact your own leads as well....if anyone has any questions about them, please feel free to contact me at 916-320-7403...eva

Good for you! Homework can be overwhelming sometimes , especially when you`re not sure where to start. Thank you for providing some direction, as far as BBB and USPTO, they seem to be the place to start with this sort of checking.

Maybe one day I might give you call, when I am actually ready to bring one of my "inventions" to concept, as for now, they remain the delight of my children and a good laugh for my husband!

Anyone interested in manufacturing a bathtup insert w/divider to bath two toddlers at once? It`s not the other`s fault if one has an oopsie...eewee...Nevermind!

yes, i had to believe that in the dozens of `scam` invention companies, there really had to be at least a couple that really did do something.....but this  is the case in any industry....there are scam insurance companies, scam mortgage companies, scam healthcare insurance....you name it...you need to be your own advocate in getting your product licensed....all companies are in the business of making money--even non-profits....you just have to be a smart consumer....feel free to give me a call with whatever questions you have...and i will update this when and if i sign a deal with them...

Hi,

Please can you le me know the following, who done following for you and how much they charged

- Have you done the Paten Search?
- Have you done the search about Marketability?
- Have you designed the basic website which has all the information about your product?

How much these 3 steps cost you before Invention house start helping you to find a manufacture willing to buy your idea and license it to manufacture.

Important points for most inventions are:

  1. evaluate marketability
  2. evaluate patentability
  3. make a prototype
  4. patent if advisable
  5. license or produce.
I have new Invention Idea of auto industry, it is about safety and can help to avoid many accidents and same insurance companies millions in future and also increase auto sale if any company apply my idea. Working on it!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank in advance
