Recently the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), affirmed disciplinary action taken by the USPTO against a registered patent attorney, who became involved in the activities of one invention promotion company and represented more than one thousand inventors.

Thanks for posting this.  My boyfriend is in the process of looking for someone to discuss a patent with.
