hi im new to this forum
im also new to business, im trying to start a business that has a pyramid style system (as far as getting paid goes) what type of ownership for the company should i have, LLC ect. because i am allowing other people to use my name and website to promote them selves so basically they will be partners in a sense
I would have to know more to suggest a legal formation strategy, one piece advice that I would feel comfortable giving - never use the word pyramid style system to describe your pay plan as I would imagine most of your readership will replace the words "style system" with "scheme". When you say they will be partners in a sense, do you mean that they will be purchasing product from you to resell, working under your constructive control for a set pay and or commissions, or will they be driving traffic to your site and you pay them commissions for refferals?
yes they will be purchasing a product and consiquently be a seller altimately promoting themselves through my site bringing more traffic through my site which i will help them do but i dont know how to do that just yet...........
1.) my problem is how do i make sure that they get paid because i understand getting scamed is not fun and thats the last thing i want to do to someone else i basically trying to help customers help me which in turn helps them without comming across as a pyramid scheme because it is not that (admitably it is a close relative)
2.) another concern is how do i structure the site to where i can give them a password or identification number so i can track all there traffic and pay them accordingly
and sorry about the pyramid thing like i said im a little new to this
