Hi,

Since is a bit  of trouble to change my LLC name, (single member),

i think I'm going to just to apply for a DBA for the LLC.

So that I am able to use the DBA on the internet, out there...

when I create contracts contracts , will I still have to sign like this:

Monalisa (member)

XYZstudio, DBA for ABCcompany, LLC?

or can it be

Monalisa (member)

XYZstudio?

And on the internet, in the website TOS, can it be XYZsutdio ? or do i have to menttion that is a DBA for the LLC?

I hope that makes sense...Because I know the LLC is the legal name, and if you get a DBA as a new trade name, that will be legal, but I'm not sure what are the rules of using both...

Thanks,

Monalisa.
