.Locate a local small print publication and become a "free" contributor to the publication as a column writer and have your URL in your signature line.
.Write online articles and post them on article based websites.

.Start a Google AdWords campaign and learn how to maximize this tool.
.If selling a product, consider selling it on eBay, Yahoo Stores, Amazon. When shipping product to your purchaser, include a thank you note with an online coupon good at your online store with your URL.
.Make sure you publish your website to Google & Yahoo. Consider republishing your site every couple of months.
Hope this helps!
