Hello everyone! 

I am planing to start offering my services for immigrants. I live in a country where english is not an official language though most of the people cope just fine using it. This makes that immigrants have very little possibilities to find jobs by themselves. The system is very official so if you dont know where to apply and how or you cant write your cv and application in our official language your application is more likely to end up in a trash bin. There are many public offices that help immigrants finding job etc. put they wont find all the available position or put the effort that is needed. 

I would like to offer my services to help these immigrants to find their first job in my country for instance. I am a student and looking for (at least for now) only having some extra incomes while at school so my meaning is not to rip off immigrants who might already have a difficult economic situation.

The hardest thing now, is to know how much to charge for my help?
I would offer:

-Long interview where I would know exactly what kinds of jobs I could look for the applicant

-Write their amazing CV:s and applications in our language

-Look for EVERY places where they could apply which is very difficult for someone who doesnt know the system in our little country

-Send MANY applicatins (100+)

-Check daily new position and apply non stop

-Record a video CV and make it look that it interests employers in my country

-Send at least weekly info for the applicant of all the position applied and so on

-Help the applicant to prepare to interview because sometimes the cultural differencies are huge and the first impression counts everything!

-If job found, give assistance with tax papers and contract (which sometimes is complicated with all the forms if u have never worked here)

This is just something that I have thought for now...Still on planning more :)

My PROBLEM is: How to charge? I can NOT garante that i find a job but I will do my best and put time and effort on it. Looking for job doesnt happen in one week or nor in one month...It can be slowly! Especially in my country which is small and the economic situation is not the best one...

I would want to charge some fixed fee for starting, but for how long i commit myself to find a job for someone else? How much to charge?  Especially if the client already has a bad economic situation. Then if I manage to find a job I could charge some percentage of his or hers first paycheck maybe?

I would appreciate ALL the comments, ideas and advices from you guys. This is a new idea so its far from perfect. Looking forward to know what u think!
