Contestant's Case to Win

This is based on the number of votes received and does not reflect the quality of the business.
Postgreen is a real estate development company dedicated to building modern, affordable, green projects. Our first project, the 100k house (www.100khouse.com), is an effort to build the most affordable LEED Platinum home ever. This will hopefully lead to a line of affordable green housing that can be replicated throughout Philadelphia and other cities with open infill lots.

We are based in a loft apartment in Philadelphia that Chad shares with his wife Courtney or "the money" as we like to call her. Nic, the sole employee, lives within easy walking distance.

Besides building green and blogging green, the company is run in as environmentally-friendly a way as possible. None of the people involved own a car. Transport is either via bike, foot, public transit or, when necessary, car share. The office is run virtually paperless. In fact, to discourage unnecessary printing the printer is kept disconnected on a storage shelf. Everything from light bulbs to the sleep settings on our computers has been considered in an effort to stay true to our green goals.
