The current Texas Hold'em craze has provided charities with an opportunity to capitalize on poker tournaments to raise thousands of dollars in one night, with minimal expense or time investments. In addition, these highly social and interactive events allow the sponsors of a tournament to promote their cause and organization to a new audience of up to 200 people!
