Contestant's Case to Win
This is based on the number of votes received and does not reflect the quality of the business.Brand Identity Guru (BIG) has been a virtual business for many years. Our brand promise is to help our clients "live" their brand identity. So to be true to our own brand we became a lean, mean, virtual machine that is defined by it's Kahunas (aka employees).
All Kahunas work from their own unique home office. My name is Scott White (the BIG Kahuna - the husky guy on the left) and I'm the owner of BIG. I work from my home in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands 9 months and our second home in Boston for 3 months.
Our entire philosophy for being a virtual business is to increase our own unique personal brand identities. Some of our Kahunas focus on family life/values while others (like me) focus on overall relaxation and quality of life (at the beach).
Making people happy is what we're all about. To accomplish that we've set up a standard second to none in our industry. We gave up the cliché "loft" office space with a cappuccino maker for beach chairs and diaper changing tables.
We also passed on the savings of renting expensive office space to our clients via our pricing strategy. Some may even call that, dare I say...a win-win. Value, baby, value!
Suits, ties, wingtips all went buh-bye. Cargo shorts and Hawaiian shirts with really cheesy prints of Woody Cars...very much in.
There's only one life to live and we're living it! Just ask our happy clients.
