We're often asked to describe what we are and the best definition is "a logistics company that provides real estate solutions for residential consumers".

Our customers are both renters and landlords whereby both categories benefit from the value equation of an efficient logistics company backed by the local expertise of the real estate professionals. In short, we efficiently reduce the time it takes a consumer to find a place to rent based on their life-style needs and wants. For the landlord, we lower vacancy costs while providing the logistical convenience of doing all the heavy lifting.

Our business model is to keep things simple, leverage previous efforts for future consumer value, develop tools that help consumers make better decisions in a timely manner, build processes that make desired outcomes repeatable, and network with local market expertise that can deliver the whole package with a personal touch.
