Contestant's Case to Win

It first started with a magazine that was home-based which fizzled when the local businesses started shutting their doors. Instead of giving up, my wife and I decided to launch a full service graphic design and online printing company, also home-based. Seeing the benefits from working from home, I decided to write a book to show others how they too can start a home-based business in their spare time. This book gained in popularity because not only are my wife and I talking-the-talk, but we walking-the-walk with our own home-based businesses. With this popularity, my book "142 Small Businesses You Can Start On The Weekends Or On Your Spare Time" won an award in a Latino magazine. Working from home shows no ethnic boundaries. If we weren't successful, we could not say it was because we were minorities. If we failed, it was because of us. Luckily we didn't.
