Contestant's Case to Win

Avon Products, Inc. markets its products to women in well over 100 countries through over 5 million independent Avon Sales Representatives. Avon is a world leader in anti-aging skin care products, fragrance and color cosmetics. Its product line includes beauty products, fashion jewelry and apparel and features such well-recognized brand names as Avon Color, Anew, Skin So Soft, Avon Solutions, Advance Techniques Hair Care, Avon naturals, mark and Avon Wellness.

In the short time since I’ve been with Avon (June 09-Pres.) I have managed to associate my name with my product in an amazingly short amount of time.
-Established a current and consistently maintained page promoting my products on www.FaceBook.com
-Created a ‘commercial’ on www.slide.com that was then posted on personal and company FaceBook pages
-Linked FaceBook and www.Twitter.com so that updates are posted on Twitter
-Established an online fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project on 12 September 09 – Just 2 hours after attending a local men and women’s exp0 where the organization was represented.
-Once fundraiser was established I linked with ten separate organizations on www.LinkedIn.com that are associated with the military and listed my fundraiser information on the forums for all the groups. Also, randomly connect with military spouse groups on FaceBook to post fundraiser information.
-Immediately took advantage of new feature on Avon representative suite that allowed for customers to host an e-party (party that is solely online), then asked them to make sure that if they posted e-invites on ALL of their social networking sites.
-Posted free business listings on as many websites as possible
-Additional advertising includes:
^Print ad in ValPak (coupon envelope delivered to homes monthly)
^Working with Cumulus broadcasting to have advert for fundraiser hosted on the radio

This is a listing of the primary networking/advertisements I’ve done since June of 2009. Also, I have managed to do all this, as well as, go door to door while caring for a husband , two children, and attend nursing school full time.
