We use web 2.0 technologies and rigorous research to help teachers utilize the summer to become better educators for our children. To optimize teacher summers we employee two primary tools: the Workation Portal and Career Counseling Support Services. Our goal is to create an online platform that can be harnessed by every teacher whether they are tech savvy or new to the internet.career specialists. These specialists also serve as headhunters, who perform customized job searches, when current opportunities do not meet a teacher’s need.

Through online collaborative tools and efficient client resource management, we find high-profile opportunities for teachers in a cost-effective way. THE WORKATION PORTAL
The Workation Portal is a niche job board (like Monster.com) used to centralize, organize and disseminate specific summertime opportunities. Host organizations post workations with a description and key facts. Teachers search through these opportunities (categorized by location, classification, deadline, time commitment) and apply right through our portal. Teachers can even put the summer search in cruise control by uploading resumes that are actively scanned by employers or by setting up alerts that email teachers individually when relevant workations are posted. Teachers also have the ability to rate workations and discuss opportunities in our online forums. Finally, host organizations can scan resumes and review applications to find the best teacher.
