I founded Kewl Tubes, LLC in February 2006. My husband and I began playing golf and I realized there was a lack of CLASSIC knit golf club head covers on the market when I searched for knit club covers for my new golf clubs. I researched my competition, found suppliers of yarn, designed a web site and began making knit golf club covers with pom poms and tassels and taking custom orders through my web site for individual golfers worldwide.

My business took off almost immediately. I have more than doubled my income each year I have been in business. In 2008 I had over $52,000 in sales. NOT bad for a home business!
By 2010 I anticipate grossing over $100,000 in sales!

And thanks to the internet I have sold golf club covers to 1,000's of golfers worldwide. The internet gave me the opportunity to show my product to millions of potential customers worldwide. I have shipped to all 50 states, Canada, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Bermuda, Italy, Sweden, China, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many other countries.

I have several Golf Pro shops now stocking my golf club covers in various color combinations. And I hope to be expanding into more pro shops in the near future.

I have written and published a book called - "Home Business Success Story". It tells my whole story about how and why I started this business, and the steps I took to make this business successful. I have a hereditary nerve disorder that caused me to quit my fulltime job to have reconstructive surgery on both of my feet.
