Contestant's Case to Win

I started Wear The Earth in 2008 after being a stay home Mom for 4 years. I left my retail management position to take on a much greater challenge; raising a family. After nearly 8 months of intense research and self-educating we launched the website August 2008.

Wear The Earth sells Organic, Sustainable Eco-Friendly clothing. Organic fabrics last longer and feel better on the skin than traditional fabrics. People with allergies and sensitivity to chemicals have found relief in Organic material. By purchasing Organic and Eco-Friendly clothing you are helping to create an environment for sustainable living.

In our small office we recycle and re-use packaging for shipping there is no need to commute since we work from home. I also educate the community on healthy & chemical free clothing through seminars, lectures and fairs. I have put a great deal of effort into learning everything I can about living a sustainable lifestyle and passing that on to my family, friends and customers.

In March 2009 we were approved to display the “Green America” seal on our website & promotional literature. This is by far the biggest accomplishment of my little company to date. I am honored to be a part of this organization and display the badge with pride.
