Contestant's Case to Win

Kids N Caboodle was the name of my consignment business that I operated In Acton, MA for over 22 years. I moved to Henderson, NV and worked in various customer care postions for several years. I realized that I missed owning, managing, and marketing my own company. I know that it was time to figure out what business I was going to create on line. I wanted to keep my overhead low, as I had had a huge store overhead in Mass. with my children's consignment business. I was familiar and comfortable with the children's industry as I had purchased new baby gifts for customers to buy. I was also familiar with soft sole leather baby shoes. I spent over a month researching products on the internet that I could promote and drop ship.
I discovered three personalzied/custom baby shoe companies that had excellent customer care reports and excellent product quality reports. Ok, now I had the products to sell and promote. These were Bouges soft sole shoes that were handcrafted in Vancouver, BC., Soft Sole baby leather baby shoes from Montreal, Canada. These were also handcrafted from the finest leathers. Finally, I discovered
Crochet Kisses from Chicago, Il. These custom crochet shoes have matching headbands too and had over 55 yarn colors to choose from and many adorable styles for boys and girls. Yes, I had my personalized custom product that I would sell and promote.
My next decision was to name my online company Kids N Caboodle.com, bringing back to life the name of my company that I had started in 1982 in Acton, Mass.
I was fortunate to connect with Jennifer Web Design of Las Vegas who worked with me to develop a user friendly, warm and inviting custom web site. Each company that I represent and promote has their own page and order forms.
The site has rich vibrant colors, large font for my older customers to order grandbaby gifts. My old logo was cast aside for a new funky fun logo.
I used GoDaddy.com for webhosting, Kall800 for my 800 phone system, and have created my own press releases and pr to optimize my site.
