As a contractor in the Low Voltage Electrical Industry for many years, I had noticed that it was taking longer and longer to gain access to technical support for our projects. For years i had offered the same level, if not better, tech support to my friends and competitors, and decided to take advantage of the current downsizing within the Economy.
Techsneedhelp2 is a viable source for end users and technicians to gain access to technical support when they need it on a per call basis. Customers log into our site, set up an account, and are connected to atech support specialist via chat session, video, telephone, or if needed onsite through our network of Strategic Technicians.
This startup takes advantage of the current economic slowdown and doesn't leave the techs and customers without a source of support when needed.
