My name is Rebecca Buscemi and I’m a mom just like you.
One year ago while pregnant with my second child, my doctor prescribed bed rest. With three months left to go in my pregnancy, I found myself alone. Losing the ability to socialize with family, friends and co-workers took a toll, both mentally and physically. Most of all, I felt lonely - lonely for work.
Without the day-to-day challenge of my job and without the ability to leave the house, I sought solace by turning to a new community – an online network of moms. Before long I was building strong connections with moms across the country. I also discovered that many of these moms were not just moms, they were mom moguls.
This newfound group inspired me to start my own venture after giving birth to my second child. Infusing my passion for administrative work and my enthusiasm for this savvy group of moms, I launched Creative Virtual Office. In my role, I provide everything from simple administrative tasks to employing a full scale online marketing campaign for my clients. My goal is to take these tasks off of your plate so you can concentrate on what comes first, your family!
After launching several successful campaigns for clients, I’ve been dubbed the ‘Social Media Mommy’ -helping moms everywhere navigate the often overwhelming social media space to forge better online relationships and take better advantage of free resources such as Twitter, Facebook and Blogging.
With a background in education, health care and the non-profit sector, I have formerly served as a teacher, supervisor, coordinator and specialist and am well-equipped to serve professionals (even non-moms!) in various fields.
