Filmcrave was officially launched August 1st, 2007. The business, registered under ImaJAN Media LLC, consists of 3 friends who run FilmCrave from home.

Filmcrave is a movie social network where members can write movie reviews, rate movies, view trailers, chat with friends and make movie lists. We have thousands of members that participate every month and help keep our website full of great original content.

Our most innovative feature is our "drag and drop" movie lists. These lists are used to help generate our "top movie lists" that we have on our website.

We have recently signed an advertising deal with Hollywood.com that will allow us to serve ads most sites our size cannot. We also won Mashable's "Judges Choice award for best Niche Social Network" in January of 2008.

We will be launching some new features in the next couple of months, such as a movie forum and some expanded widget options.

Finally, this entire website from start to finish has been done in the spare time of just 3 people. We all have full-time jobs and do this on the side. After seeing our initial success and growth we are seeking funding to take the website to the next level.
