SixFigureStart offers career coaching by former recruiters. Our clients get insider advice on what employers really want and how the hiring process really works. We are a recession-buster b/c in good markets people need us to navigate their rapid career growth, and in bad markets, people need us to get jobs after layoffs.

The photo represents our specialty in working with students and young professionals. While this currently means late HS, college and up...the job search starts earlier and earlier. Campus recruiting for college seniors used to start junior year but now starts freshman year, and one might reasonable argue in HS. It will only be a matter of time before we start career coaching in Kindergarten!
