I started Bombshell Stamps last year when I felt the beginning of the recession creep into my first company, Monster Graphics. Designing for moguls like Disney, Levi, & Guess, I had created quite a name for myself in fashion design. As the story goes, this year my industry was hit by a backlash from the economy & many of my clients slowed down, or closed their doors. I started to struggle, but refused to be another statistic. I began running thru my head how I could possibly make a few extra dollars to help pull through these tough times.

After a bit of research, number crunching, & serious self-examination, I discovered my love for rubber stamps could be that light in the dark. The fashion industry moves so fast sucking up & spitting out what’s new & cool, but stamps were still years behind. Where were the cool cutting-edge art stamps for new moms of generation X?

I’m bringing a viewpoint and elements that didn’t exist in stamps before, & crafters have embraced it. I’ve acquired a dedicated following of Stampers, and have met wonderful people along the way. So Bombshell Stamps has truly been my saving grace in the middle of an economic recession.

I’ve also done my best to streamline all of the production, orders, and shipping responsibilities to make my second job as slacker friendly as possible! There’s only 24 hours in a day you know!
