I'm passionate about this business and I give it 110% in each and every way. My goal is to personally respond to each person who has a legitimate interest in my company, no matter the request.

Just today, I spent 11 hours corresponding with a family who needed a little assistance finding bargain routes to Italy so they could take a few Ciao Laura cooking classes and I am pleased to say that it was a huge success and they booked the trip just minutes ago!
