This is based on the number of votes received and does not reflect the quality of the business. As we begin our expansion into new products, this is an exciting time for DelightfulDaisy. But before we get into that, it’s important to recognize where we came from.
The business started with Cindie. Just a grandmother selling a couple of old products on Ebay under her personal user account. Eventually she discovered European Beads, specifically BIAGI beads, and started an Ebay store. It started modest, a couple of sales a week, but within a year had grown to a pretty strong business. Most importantly, she was having fun. The whole family got a kick out of her new found success, and eventually got more involved.
The next major step in the birth of DelightfulDaisy came when her son started up an online store and helped her get started. The site was hosted by Yahoo, and quickly became a success. Because Cindie’s focus has always been on great products and even better customer service, her customers followed her from Ebay to her new store. As the family became more involved, the business grew. We started advertising, we started marketing in new areas, but we always kept our focus on the products and the customers. At DelightfulDaisy, we know that if you focus on customer satisfaction, success will follow.
And this leads us to DelightfulDaisy. It’s been on our minds for some time now, but we hadn’t found the time to launch until now. We have so many new products to offer, and so many more we’ll bring over the next several months and years. Our old store has been great, but it was limited in how we could grow. DelightfulDaisy is limitless, and that is exciting news. Right now we still have our sterling silver beads as our foundation, but we’re bringing other things online daily. Just this week we closed deals to bring some major new lines. The first is Thomas Sabo. This line is a diverse collection that can be both festive and business-like. You have to see it to understand it. The second is a series of exclusive products from Silvex L.A. This includes Designo jewelry, Ferroni, Millacreli, and Millefiori jewelry. We’ve been looking at these products for awhile now, and we’re confident our customers will love them as much as we do. It’s elegant, but not too expensive like products of similar quality.
