This growth stems from the dedication of Exquisite Air Charter's founder and CEO, Rena Davenport. Exquisite Air Charter was started without any investments and almost no start-up capital by a single mother who was determined to balance her dreams of being her own boss with being a dedicated, full-time, mother (2 children of her own and 1 child that she took in and began raising after the child's mother, an acquaintance of Rena's, could no longer care for the child).
After initially starting Exquisite Air Charter in October of 2004, her dreams had to be put on hold due to medical reasons. She went back to work for a company who could offer her a steady salary and benefits - but not one day went by that she didn't think about her dream. When she was finally taken off of work in late 2007 to pursue the medical care that she needed, she decided to use any extra time to dedicate herself to re-starting her business. Not only did she get Exquisite Air Charter off the ground and steady... she also started Angel Wing Flights (a non-profit organization that raises money for air ambulance flights (which is still pending approval for 501(c)(3) status but has successfully assisted in their first medical flight; bringing a gentleman back home to his family in Albuquerque to continue care after spending several weeks on life support in a Las Vegas hospital).
Another example of Ms. Davenport's dedication and continued hard work is shown in her results with major search engines, such as Google. After the numerous disappointments she experienced from hiring website designers and SEO professionals, she decided that she could do anything that anyone else could do and she designed her own websites and began reading book after book to learn website optimization; beginning with NO EXPERIENCE. She credits her current and continued growth to the time that she has spent earning the almost 200 top 20 positions that she currently holds with Google for most of her key words, including the #2 position for the search term 'luxury private planes'. Most amazingly, she still finds time to help so many people around her - from the medical flights to friends and family and complete strangers, on a daily basis.
