Bill Foster started XRoads Consulting in early 2006, and provides technology services including project work and staffing (yes another staffing business in the Top Ten) to medium and large businesses. These services target the functions of information technology, telecommunications, engineering and quality assurance. Geographically, XRoads Consulting serves the southeast region and part of the northeast region up through the New York City area. By the end of the second year of operation, XRoads Consulting had increased its revenues fourfold to $1.05M. In June of 2008, in order to capture market share and expand its reach, XRoads Consulting purchased Lawler Associates. The combined year to date revenues as of 09/12/08 are $3.95M. Foster is being aggressive in this tough economy, and when things get healthy again and business revs up, he'll be well positioned to grow rapidly with his robust business offering.
