In 2005, Bill Duncan confronted a serious health problem that made it impossible for him to work a regular job. Faced with the reality of applying for disability, he opted instead to start a home-based business which would allow him the opportunity to be productive but at the same time take care of himself. Boy is he glad he did.

He leveraged his 30 some odd years of experience in healthcare and launched a healthcare recruiting business in March of 2007. The first six months were slow going but soon Duncan found himself making more than he ever did as an executive at a big company.

He now has over 300 hospital clients.

Of equal importance, he's having a blast doing what he knows and loves, and he's making it all work from home, which is exactly where he needs to be.
