His primary customers are in the very grungey sectors of industry, including power generation, oil & gas, food processing, and the disaster/historic restoration sector. Coldsweep has cleaned some very grungy projects using this technology including removing grease ink tar and other sticky, disgusting and hard-to-remove substances in compromising places like smokestacks and turbines. It's not uncommon that clothes need to be thrown out at the end of a typical work day.
