The VacuPractorâ„¢ is used at home on a flat firm surface. Wet with a damp cloth or spray bottle. When the user lies on the VacuPractor, a pocket of air is trapped behind the curvature of the lower spine. Raise your legs one time, knees to chest, to expel the air to gently align the spine. When the feet are lowered to the floor, a vacuum is formed that pulls straight down on the apex of the curvature of the back.
