International award winning hot and spicy truffles are a speciality, as is the award winning flourless chocolate hot coffee cake, made with a coffee based hot sauce. In addition to hand crafted chocolate truffles and caramel, we feature chocolate caramel sauce with an ever expandng variety of flavors, chocolate-fruit jams, and flourless chocolate cakes. A new flavor is introduced monthly, including a pistachio-green chile caramel(June), and a chocolate caramel-peacan pretzel sandwich (July). WE are constantly experimenting with new ingredients to meet the chocolates desires of everyone!
