EDEN Driver Hire & Training will be a private limited company that will be limited by share capital. It will be a hybrid professional driver hire and training enterprise. The aim of this company will be to maximize the potential of vehicle drivers’ capacity to execute work tasks. The company’s operations will be divided into three categories. First, the company shall produce well trained professional drivers who will be trained in various fields beyond just driving; these fields will include among others studies in course units such as Customer Care, Courier Service Management, Creative Problem Solving, Information Technology, Human Relations, Defensive Driving, Vehicle Maintenance and Sympathy, and Communication Strategies which will result into the award of a Professional Drivers Certificate and/or Diploma where applicable. Second, we shall provide driver hire services whereof we shall hire out professionally trained drivers to organizations, individuals, and families when there is need for a driver. Finally, we shall do car hire services to the public. The company intends to Hire some cars from people who have their cars parked at home and also from people who have cars with minimal vehicle default and require a little bit of maintenance for which shall be refurbished by the company at a mutual agreement allowing the company to use the vehicle for a specified period of time in compensation of the maintenance costs. This way EDEN Driver Hire & Training will be able to manage the need to have vehicles for hire as well as provide resources for the trained drivers to utilize. On the other hand after training the drivers they will have a choice to go find a job for themselves or we market them and enroll them to our fleet of drivers for permanent job placements or temporary job placements with us or the client organization. After Adding value to the drivers we train we shall then market them to the various organizations and companies that shall be identified. There will be two Shareholders with a 50% share stake each in the company and shall choose amongst themselves a Managing Director and General Manager. Together both Managers will be responsible for the day today work of the company. EDEN Driver Hire & Training will start as a small company with only one branch in Kampala that will be the main office of the company but in due time establish branches to effectively coordinate regional business leads. After every two years the company shall add two branches to its workforce and after covering Uganda will spread out to the entire East African region of which there after shall issue Franchise sales for its brand name and to maximize the business Africa wide. Eventually EDEN Driver Hire & Training will grow into an international driver hire & training company whereof we shall either independently establish in any country around the world or establish a franchise.
