Xerarch's Salsa and Spices is a true shoestring startup that embodies the Startupnation spirit. Located in smalltown NM, we started with just a salsa recipe and now have a complete award winning line of salsa, hot sauces, spices and BBQ dry rubs. All our products combine flavor innovation with true tradition and can be used straight on food, in cooking and as dips and marinades. Its not all business though. Product development means that you get to come up with new flavor combinations, cook and eat your creations. It has worked so well for us that we were named Best Salsa in New Mexico by New Mexico Magazine.
