Hello,Startup nation readers my name is Deborah but i go by the name Deborah R. Im a Student, Model, Graphic and Jewelry Designer and proud owner of my new business called The Upscale Beauty Bar.

The Upscale Beauty Bar is a Oakland, California based venture founded in march 2012 by Deborah R. Our mission is to provide clientele with a variety of beautiful, sexy and original discounted Beauty Products for women and men, as well as a select assortment of complementary handbags, jewelry, and eyewear. The Upscale Beauty Bar hand-picked is characterized by unrivaled craftsmanship and innovative, daring designs from the most sought after designers around the world.

At The Upscale Beauty Bar, we believe that customer service is key. Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of our fashion and beauty-enthusiast clientele: we offer multiple shipping options, house calls, Layaway Plans, special event styling and exclusive previews and reservations. The Upscale Beauty Bar staff will also advise you personally about our exclusive designers, and update you on their current and future seasonal collections.

At The Upscale Beauty Bar, we are passionate about our collection. We have searched endlessly for the highest-quality, most unique Fashion Accessories, Hair Extensions and Beauty Products available -- so our clients don't have to.

We are Currently in the process of Establishing Locations in the future which will also include spa and beauty services such as Pedicures, Manicures, Messages, Waxings, Facials, Body Wraps, Brazilian Blowouts, Perms for women of color, Braids and weavings and a barber shop for the fellows.

If I were to win it would be a great deal to my company. I maybe even find an a investor that would be willing to take my dream to the next level. my dream is to make this into a house hold name and to have everyone looking good on a budget.
