Xerarch's Foods was founded in 2003. A true shoestring startup located in Alamogordo NM. We combined a love for homemade salsa, a severe dislike for store brands with a love for cooking. The result is our own slice of the American Dream. Our salsas have a unique flavor and consistency that allows them to be used with many different types and styles of food. Our ever increasing line of spices and blends can be used in cooking or as table spices. Our Nice N Hot Salsa was named Best Salsa In New Mexico by New Mexico Magazine.
