Pizza and Beer... America's favorite food and beverage pairing now in a bottle together in a new category of beer called "Culinary Beer." Basil, Oregano, Tomato and Garlic spice the beer as the perfect match for Italian foods and is a wonderful ingredient in foods such as pizza crust. We make the beer in micro batches and sell it with our various flour kits that make pizza beer pizzas, beer bread, fry batter and more. A need for great Gluten Free baking mixes was out there so we designed a line for those who have allergies to Wheat, Dairy, Corn & Soy. Our Fry batter is cross marketed as a beer batter mix & celiacs are encouraged to use gluten free beer or water in order to maintain the gluten free integrity. (Pizza beer is brewed with wheat & barley) We have expanded to local superstore Woodman's Markets in Wisconsin and can be found loaclly at select Whole Foods Markets in Chicagoland. The beer has just made it's way into Michigan and we anticipate that the Whole Foods in Ann Arbor may place it alongside our Whole Wheat Crust Mix.
