The Enoch Olinga College of Intercultural Studies

Description:

The Enoch Olinga College of Intercultural Studies, Inc. is an online institute of higher education, the purpose of which is to provide the equivalent of a four-year college degree to students around the world who, for various reasons, have trouble physically attending an accredited college or university in the United States. ENOCIS provides scholarships to students of excellence, and of underserved populations, so that they may be educated to their fullest ability. Education, David Morris believes, is “Tool to Break the Chains of Poverty.”
