It looks like you have plenty of help with your site. :)
When I look for problems on any site I try to focus on the real bottlenecks and not so much on creating a huge list of things to fix.
While many of the tips given may have some minor impact there are some fundamental problems with your site that need to be addressed.
If you don`t understand my feedback or tips, please reply with questions.
1) Your hosting:
Your DNS servers are not functioning properly. This is a major problem that will prevent more than half of your visitors from even viewing your site. I ran a report and uploaded it to my personal blog:
http://myhep.com/assets/2008/3/25/sinwonbrands.com-dnsreport.pdf
You have missing nameservers. Fixing this will solve 97% of your issues.
2) Your images are not horrible as I have seen a lot worse, but you can probably decrease their FILE size 20-50% by resampling them. I would suggest that you use jpeg instead of the other formats suggested as it has an optimized compression for photos and also has a quality settings that allow for better optimization on photos that do not require high levels of quality.
3) I would talk to you web host and find out why your pages are not being compressed by your web server. Most sites (web servers) use a technology called HTTP Compression which will compress your site and can compress your pages (minus your photos and flash) up to 80% which will increase overall page load time.
More information can be found here:
http://www.websiteoptimization.com/speed/tweak/compress/
While your talking to your host about their broken DNS, you can mention the HTTP Compression as well.
The flash slideshow is not a problem.
If you are going to be selling primarily to the US and english speaking countries it would be best for you to use UTF-8 encoding or a Latin/European encoding/character set. This will ensure that your customers can view your site in their browsers.
Good luck!
