Just thought I`d point out a totally awesome service, echosign.com.  I use it to send out and get digitally signed NDA`s and other docs while I`m starting my business.  It`s totally free (at this point) and it does a really great job -- eliminating the need for faxing, etc.  I don`t know if this is the correct forum for it, but I had to tell someone.  It surprises me how few people have heard of it.  They`re always impressed when I send a doc to them for "signature."

Any other cool tools like this out there?
