So I am trying to acquire a vendors license so I can sell popcorn and Hotdogs to drunk on Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights.  The licenses are being given out this week and I have not had any of my e-mails returned from the city.  I am running out of options as they told me that the licenses would be given out during the first two weeks of April.  Right now I have a 40% (ballpark best guess) chance of acquiring one.  I am going to the sales tax office tomorrow and am curious if any of you knew ways that I could persuade them to allow me a license.
