Some of the questions are really arcane. I know most of the SEO basics but I learned a number of interesting things on the quiz. I clocked in as an "SEO Newbie" (one step above "novice") which is about what I figured.

There are also a number of excellent articles and FAQs there as well, useful for "newbies" like myself.
