I agree, good information. Question: an organization has offered to help me patent and then market my idea for the fee of 25% of my profits. Good deal or bad deal? I don't know, any suggestions?

Katey, This all depends on other variables such as; are you being required to put money up front? A promotion company (that was legitimate, but went bankrupt years ago) which our own head designer and President of my company took 90% of the profits but, handled all the patenting process and fee's, manufacturing and distribution deals. Good luck. -You may indeed fail before you succeed, but don't make it a habit.
