Now that's an intriguing tagline, for sure. My only question is whether
or not you could replace "greatest" with a couple or three words that
might describe why it's the greatest---how the name "armadillo"
connects?

The idea is "short," not exactly 10 words. ;-) That second one is
excellent! When I think "armadillo," I think armor. Now that you've
added "durable," you've confirmed by expectation. I'd go with exactly
that, the second one.
