I am impressed, this model is working in NY what is the possibility of duplicating this service in Chicago?  I for one has had my fill of contractor let downs and if such a service would have been available to me it might have saved me thousands.

The Chicago market isn't that much different than NY, actually.  I live 17 miles outside of Manhattan in the suburbs where there are many dual income families who appreciate the convenience an HRN provides.  And, some of the most successful HRN owners are based in similar markets (i.e. Los Angeles, DC).  Bottom line:   if you personally identified the need for this type of service in your community then other homeowners probably feel the same.
