my name is Biruk Bitew ,graduated in pharmaciutical science from jimma university, Ethiopia. Good day! I am responding to partnership arrangements and the way to set them up. I have an interest in entering a partnership agreement with an individual that possesses talents that i do not have. I have been running a multi-million dollar business since 1993 and I am going into a different direction and am looking to partner with an individual that I feel can help me grow in this new direction. My question is: Is there a place to research and understand how to set-up a performance based agreement between this individual and my company? Should I be setting up a different company to make him a part of or just keep it simple and hav an agreement based on performance and offer him phontom shares of my company if certain levels ($) are met?
